Operation: The barmat fits inside the Service Plan from above, without any risk of being involuntarily removed by the Bartender or by the customer. The lower tank is hermetically welded to retain water and has no drain holes.
Once full, simply remove and empty it. But don't worry, it has a capacity that gives you an autonomy of collection for more than 3 evenings.
The top is perforated in an elegant pattern and all the holes are brushed to avoid any accidental cuts. Two holes larger than the others allow the insertion of the fingers to be removed, for cleaning or to inspect the lower tank.
