Ice drain grates are a very useful accessory for keeping ice and melted water separate. They make it easier to pick up the ice with the scoop, avoiding the collection of water and preventing it from ending up in some customer's cocktail. A very simple and precious accessory for working faster and with better quality. They are inserted inside the tanks and can be removed whenever you want. You can have them in polycarbonate or stainless steel, depending on the material of your trays

Choose the material of the Ice drain grates depending on the type of trays you have: polycarbonate or stainless steel.
This set includes 2 1/2 drain grates for your Bar Station's main ice Trays.

Ultra-strong Transparent Food Grade Polycarbonate
Food grade Satin Stainless Steel
The drain grates go inside the trays. These will create a slightly raised surface where the ice will stop and the water will flow underneath. The melted water will still stop inside the station, it will not fall under, and you can empty it when too full.
